Neometro’s 576 Orrong Road won Best New Residential Development in Stonnington Council’s Excellence in Urban Design Awards in 2002.

The four 2 storey ‘townhouses’ were raised above shared at-grade garages, with one 2 storey townhouse with its own carport were completed in 2001.
