Sorry Thanks I Love You was created to help the world #givedifferent. Everything at STILY has either taken hours to design or has been made by hand, and all of it has a story to tell. STILY’s Caroline Ball has given Open Journal a run down of her top 10 Christmas gifts from their range of unique design, fresh flowers, gourmet food and craft beverages from around the world.

Based on the traditional 4000 year old Inuit design, OSixHundred’s award-winning kayak is made from an interlocking lightweight pine frame and translucent carbon skin. It comes flat packed and can be constructed in two hours (though it also makes a pretty great DIY project!) and at 10kg is lighter than a toddler.

They say it’s difficult to improve to Christmas Pudding. They lie. We’ve commissioned an obsessive Sydney chocolatier to immortalize the flavours of December in a special dark chocolate brittle.
