Neometro converted an existing 3 storey heritage listed warehouse in Melbourne’s CBD to a mixed use building, with 2 additional levels added on the roof. The 4 commercial tenancies on the ground floor and apartments above were completed in 2001.
Apartment 11 was up for resale in 2015.
