Modern Tribe at the New Urban Village Jewell Station

The New Urban Village at Jewell Station is hosting a series of gatherings to explore yoga, meditation and the role of community in our personal wellbeing. 

Facilitated by Al Jeffery, a certified yoga and meditation teacher, group facilitator and keynote speaker, these workshops will draw from insights he shares in his new book, Modern Tribe.

The gatherings fall into two concepts:

Modern Tribe, exploring the role of community and ’tribe’ in our own personal growth and wellbeing. Taking you through a group experience connecting with yourself, then each other and then sharing in a process to experience the healing nature of community.

Suggested $15 donation for the evening, but it is up to you.

Momentous, a monthly gathering, intended to be a reliable space you can come to to share in the most powerful ways we know to reconnect with self and ‘other.’ These gatherings will incorporate yoga, meditation, facilitated connection moment, potluck lunch.
