Over more than three decades, Neometro has established a reputation as Melbourne’s most design-focused, socially-led and sustainable development group. As one of Australia’s founding Certified B Corporation developers, Neometro’s holistic approach leads to architectural buildings that foster a sense of place and belonging. South Crescent, Northcote continues this legacy.

The highly sustainable offering of four family-sized homes has been designed by local architecture studio Common Ground for uncompromising modern living. Joining Neometro’s established portfolio of sold out projects, South Crescent continues a 36-year history delivering considered and future-focused homes.

Carefully designed to prioritise sustainability, space, efficiency and aesthetics, South Crescent achieves a 7-star energy rating supported by meticulous design inside.

South Crescent, Northcote has been designed to prioritise beauty, functionality and sustainability. A design aesthetic informed by robust materials and intuitive spatial planning has resulted in uncomplicated, light-filled homes that positively contribute to everyday living.

Responding to the urban context of Northcote, South Crescent’s architecture actively engages with its streetscape through thoughtful form that gestures the existing built environment. These are design-focused homes, informed by an emphasis on connections between interior and exterior and distinguished by high-quality construction.

Continuing Neometro’s reputation for pairing enduring architecture with complimentary landscape, a like-minded collaboration with Northcote-based Landscape Architect Mud Office has forged a strong accord between South Crescent’s built and natural environments. A fluidity between interior and exterior exists,  with a curation of elegantly robust materials curated within an architectural language that exudes minimal symmetry to integrate seamlessly into  lush, water-efficient gardens that activate South Crescent’s coveted Westgarth locale.
